YourKendra — Cancellation + Refund Policy

How to cancel
1. Sign in to your dashboard at yourkendra.com/dashboard/
2. Go to Settings → Billing
3. Click Cancel subscription
4. Done — no retention gate, no "are you sure" phone call, no email required.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Refund terms
Standard refunds
We do not pro-rate refunds for voluntary cancellations; you keep access through the end of the paid period.
Service outage refunds
If the Service is unavailable for
more than 24 continuous hours due to our infrastructure, you may request a pro-rated refund for the affected days. Email support@yourkendra.com with the date range.
First 30 days — money-back for Public Beta
During Public Beta, we'll refund your first month in full if you cancel
on or before day 29 of your first billing cycle — that way you're not auto-charged for month two. Email hello@yourkendra.com with "refund" in the subject and we process it within 24 hours. No questions, no retention call.
⚠ Lawyer review required: attorney should confirm we can make the 30-day promise without running into "deceptive trade practices" traps if we stop offering it.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of asking us, we'll cancel your account and stop service. We prefer to resolve things directly — please email us first.
